Get Rid Of Zit : Are you sick of leaning back in your chair and accidentally bumping a cyst on your back? How about bumping ten cysts on your back all at the same time? I’ve been there, done that, and it’s no fun. That’s why I spent hours of my time looking for a back acne remedy to fix the big, swelling, nasty zits and cysts on my back.

It’s not easy to find a back acne remedy. Unlike facial acne, it’s harder to fix back acne because so many products will stain your sheets, pajamas, and clothing if you put it on your back. Thus, you sometimes have to opt for different ways of treating your back acne, which means you might need to look into different products and treatments than you’d ordinarily use on your face.

There are a couple of back acne remedy options you can choose from that I have used myself and found quite effective in clearing up cysts and painful acne on my back.

1. Chemical peel: Most chemical peels are not very expensive. Most dermatologists suggest 4 treatments, but depending on the severity of your acne, you might only need one or two. Mine both cost me $60 apiece, and it has lasted for over a year now. I’ve had some breakouts since, but nothing near as painful or ugly as I used to suffer from.

2. Salicylic acid: Clinique sells a product called Clinique Acne Solutions Body Treatment Spray containing 2% salicylic acid. This was a lifesaver for my chest and back when I was having issues with uncontrollable acne breakouts. It’s also great for those little tiny zits that break out in droves and never go away.

3. Acne diet: Sometimes when you can’t get external products to work on your acne, you need to start working from the inside out. Going on a short acne diet is often the way to produce great results. Sometimes it’s just a matter of adding the right foods and supplements to your diet, and sometimes it’s a matter of knowing which foods to cut out. It doesn’t have to be permanent; it just needs to work long enough to start getting rid of problem acne.

Get Rid Of Zit : We’ve all had those mornings, waking up to meet the ‘mac daddy’ of zits or finding a red tide of acne. It’s usually on a big day too– before your date with a new guy or girl or, God forbid, the day of the prom. Emergency-cover-up mode is not a fun place to be, but until your acne care prevents breakouts, you won’t have much choice.
So what kinds of cover-up tricks do you use? We’ve seen guys and girls use tricks of all kinds, from real simple to real silly.. Makeup? Hats? Weird clothing? Wild hairstyles? How do YOU cover up acne? And how far are you willing to go?
Whether your cover up is simple or elaborate, treat your blemishes before putting other products on them. A cream or spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide and organic ingredients like aloe vera and myrtle targets bacteria and offsets dryness or irritation. After that first important step, you might want to try tricks like these:
Makeup tricks: from tried and true to new
You may have used makeup to hide zits, but have you tried disguising your acne by working with it, instead of against it? That’s what Tyra Banks did. She used an eyebrow pencil to make a pimple look like a mole, a la Cindy Crawford. That only works with a single pimple, but it’s pretty creative.
Using makeup is the best and the easiest way to hide acne. There are many tips on how to use it as a cover up and they usually include:
- The big three: concealer, liquid foundation (that’s skin-colored coverup for you guys) and powder. Tips that use these three are repeated often because they work. And with the variety of color shades available, it’s almost impossible not to find a shade that’s right for you.
- Mineral powder (finely milled powder). New mineral powders on the market are becoming more popular with men, because they’re easy to use (all you need is a brush) and do a great job of covering up.
- Our tip: makeup applicators like sponges, puffs, concealer applicator sticks and brushes can harbor bacteria. Do yourself a favor by using clean fingertips, Q-tips, cotton balls or disposable sponges and puffs instead. Wash your makeup brushes often too.
Fashion mistakes. Or are they?
If makeup’s not your style, try experimenting with clothes, hats and accessories. You might risk getting on the neighborhood’s “worst dressed” list, but if they say faux-pas, we say who cares?
- Tempted to use the celebrity-in-hiding look? It doesn’t really work for celebrities, but maybe it’ll work for you. Big shades and a baseball cap (or hoodie) won’t hide the acne, but with the right attitude, this look could scream “stay away.”
- Winter clothes can be bulky and distracting. Scarves and hats usually accentuate the face, but if you work it right, they could also divert the eye with unusual styles or colors (Russian-style tundra hat anyone?). Just don’t wear a red scarf. It’ll highlight red skin.
- Hair styles that scream or screen. Another way to distract is with wild hair, funky styles or loud colors. Or try to cover acne with full bangs, long lengths and wispy hair. Be careful with hair products that might contribute to the skin problem though.
- Other camouflage. Few people can get away with more extreme wear like masks, veils or coverings. So unless you’re an operating room nurse, enjoy the sport of fencing, live in a SARS-infested area of Asia, or work on a hazmat team, don’t do it unless you’re going for a laugh.
The best tip of all
The best way to get rid of acne is with prevention. Get out in front of the problem with a consistent skin care treatment that prevents breakouts in the first place. Try a free sample of Oeco’s organic acne treatment. It combines the potency of top acne medicines with the moisturizing and soothing qualities of botanical extracts. It’s our eco-friendly alternative for clear, healthy skin.

Get Rid Of Zit : Acne can be both annoying and embarrassing, but you don’t have to just live with it. Even if you have tried ways to get rid of acne in the past without any success, today we wanted to show you how natural acne treatments can clear your skin.

We hear complaints about the acne products that are found in the drugstore all the time. The reason for this is simple – they don’t work!

It’s actually quite obvious why these products fail to work. The problem is that they are designed to treat one zit at a time and they don’t actually target what causes acne. People end up buying a cream or lotion that is meant to “zap zits” one at a time and they don’t actually treat your skin to solve the longterm problem.

For this reason, many people get discouraged. Others even turn to prescription drugs to try to solve the problem. However, this can lead to side effects and is completely unnecessary. You can find natural acne treatments that will completely clear your skin because they actually treat the root of the problem.

Let’s quickly go over the main causes of pimples. They are: excess oil on the skin, clogged up skin pores, inflammation or irritation of the skin and certain types of bacteria on the skin. You have to treat all of these causes in order to be able to say goodbye to your acne.

The best acne treatments will work as a system and make sure that all the causes are being addressed. This usually means that you will have a “kit” that includes a couple of steps. As an example, the kit might have a facewash, a spot cream and a moisturizer. Each component is designed to complement the others and they work as a team to fight pimples.

A lot of people are surprised by how simplistic this advice is. It makes a great deal of sense, but sadly 95% of the acne products out there ignore this fact. I imagine they want to make a product that doesn’t work quite good enough so that people continue to but it over and over again.

If you have acne, whether light or severe, you can get rid of it permanently with the right treatment. If you make sure that all of the causes are being treated, you will start seeing results in just a few days.
